5. Minutes of 20th May 2021 Special General Meeting Online, which replaced AGM
5a Matters Arising
6. Ratifying motions passed at Special General Meeting held over Zoom on 20th May 2021
6a 2020 Financials. We had to agree these ahead of the Charity Commission's submission deadline.
6b Amendments to the LCAS Constitution
(i) clarify the area within which general meetings and trustee meetings can be held, and to permit meetings to be held online under defined conditions. [CharComm advise that even though nothing says we cannot, we should spell out the fact we can hold online meetings.]
(ii) Permit the Secretary post to be combined with other roles (as is already permitted for the Concert Manager role).
The Motion is that we approve these motions as passed at the Special General Meeting on 20th May 2021.

10b Motion to Donate £1400 to Leatherhead Methodist Church, being £70 for each live concert the Society held there in 2021. (Note: LCAS has paid £20 base rent for each live concert and for each concert date missed during lockdown.)
10c Motion to authorise the Trustees to donate up to £1,000 to NewSPAL being the third of three promised tranches of funding from LCAS, after further communication with the NewSPAL Trustees.
